Children and extra beds : Child under 7 free of charge when using existing bed or sharing with parents Extra bed will be charge 450 with complimentary breakfast
Senior Citizen holder : Holder must present ID card, the price reference will be the standard prize in case amount is with discount or promo price. No senior citizen discount will apply for package rate.
Booking/reservation : 50% down payment shall be required upon confirmation of the booking. Please email the copy of deposit slip for your booking confirmation. Remaining amount should be settled three days prior to the arrival of the guest.
Cancellation : Cancellation should be made at least ten (10) days before arrival, otherwise, 50% down payment deposited will be forfeited. No show will incur full period charge. For peak period, cancellation should be made 15 days prior to guest arrival.
Force Majeure : We shall not be liable for failure to comply with the agreement due to force majeure, natural disaster or other causes beyond the control of the management. Likewise, we shall not be liable if the guest were not able to arrive due to flight cancellation or other causes beyond their control.
Other information notice
The flight options are as follows:
Manila to El Nido (LIO Airport) - Direct flight but should be booked in advance
Direct flight to Puerto Princesa Airport - Upon arrival, take the 5-hours land trip from the airport to El Nido Town via aircon & non-aircon public transport options or private vans (note limited time schedules) - Coordinate with hotel directly for assistance or proceed to the San Jose Terminal
Electricity since December 2014 is 24 hours continous.
There are no banks or ATM’s (Automated Teller Machine) in town. Credit card facilities are also not available in most establishments but we do have credit card facilities.
Foreign currencies and travelers cheque (USD only) can be exchanged in some shops.
For island tours, a mandatory PHP 200 Eco-Tourism Development Fee applies – valid for 10 days. Guest can coordinate with the hotel or local tour operators.
