CANCELLATION CLAUSE

 

Cancellation should be made at least seven (10) days before arrival. However, the 50% down payment is NON-REFUNDABLE. No show will incur full period charge. During the peak season high occupancy, cancellation should be made at least Fifteen (15) days prior to guest's arrival.

 

OTHER POLICY

 

Children below 7 years old sharing bed with parents/guardians are free of charge. If extra bed is required additional charge for extra bed will apply.

 

FORCE MAJEURE

 

St. John Island View Pensionne shall not be liable for failure to comply with the agreement due to force majeure, natural disaster or other causes beyond the control of the management. Likewise, St. John Island View Pensionne shall not be liable if th guest were not able to arrive in due to flight cancellation or other causes beyond their control.
