CANCELLATION CLAUSE

 

Guest can cancel free of charge before 12noon (local hotel time ) 5 days from the date of arrival. However, for reservation  cancelled  (late cancellation) within 5 days from the date of arrival post 12noon (local hotel time) or in case of  non-arrival on the date of check-in, total stay charges in full of equivalent to the deposit made (whichever is higher) will be levied.

CANCELLATION DURING THE STAY

 

In case you decide to shorten your booking or your stay from check in date, you will be charged for the entire stay for which the reservation was originally made for.

 

OTHER POLICY

 

Children below 7 years old sharing bed with parents/guardians are free of charge. If extra bed is required additional charge for extra bed will apply.

 

FORCE MAJEURE

 

St. John Island View Pensionne shall not be liable for failure to comply with the agreement due to force majeure, natural disaster or other causes beyond the control of the management. Likewise, St. John Island View Pensionne shall not be liable if the guest were not able to arrive in due to flight cancellation or other causes beyond their control.
